Notes

Side 1 features the opening animations of the 1981 and 1983 sci-fi conventions Daicon III and Daicon IV, as well as the making of these animations and the film 八岐之大蛇の逆襲. Side 2 continues the film 八岐之大蛇の逆襲.

This laserdisc was released as a limited promotional item included with the Daicon IV Opening Animation artbook, possibly to circumvent the copyright issues of the Daicon IV Opening Animation. The copyright issues included the heavy use of other franchises, most notably the playboy bunny costume design for the main protagonist of the animation, and the unlicensed use of Electric Light Orchestra's music.
